Welcome to our website
We are a non-funded voluntary body formed in 1972 under the title of East Suffolk Travellers' Association, Felixstowe, to promote public transport in and around the town. Membership stands at just over 400 which gives us a significant voice when making contact with the local authorities, rail, bus and coach operators about local services.

Derby Road (East Ipswich) to Felixstowe SEA-SIDE SPECIAL
11.09 departure on WEDNESDAY 26th July and 2nd August 2017
The regular timetabled 11.09 departure from Derby Road station will be, for these two days only, re-branded as the Felixstowe Sea-side special
The first 50 fare paying passengers to board the train at Derby Road, will be offered a free souvenir gift and the Mayor of Felixstowe will be at Felixstowe station to "meet and greet" the incoming visitors. Timing of the sea-side special has been arranged to link passengers onto the Felixstowe round-the-town open top bus which leaves Great Eastern Square at 11.30am.
Visitors can return to Derby Road (or Ipswich main-line) station on any of the time-tabled services which leave at 28 minutes past the hour
